What can I expect from Dreamland Imaginarium?
Dreamland Imaginarium is a brand-new, multisensory, interactive experience inspired by the dreams and imaginations of children. Here, kids can safely lose themselves in the surroundings of the four different worlds which combine technology and imagination, with escapism.
When should I arrive?
Please ensure you arrive at the venue by the start time outlined on your ticket. We encourage customers to arrive a bit earlier.
What if I am late?
Your ticket will remain valid, but entry will be dependent on the space in the next available time slot. Please also note that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period before getting access to the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 1 hour. At busier times, we may need to ask you to make your way out of the experience to allow other guests to enjoy it too. However, there are no restrictions on how many times you can visit us!
What is the age range for the experience?
Dreamland Imaginarium is designed for kids aged 2-10, however, all ages are welcome. All guests aged 2+ must have a ticket to enter the experience. All children must be accompanied by an adult and all adults must be accompanied by a child.
What is available for adults to do at Dreamland Imaginarium?
Adults and parents are welcome to watch their children explore and interact with the spaces and are encouraged to play along with them. Or they can relax and enjoy the calming sights, sounds and smells of the Fantastical Floral area, whilst recharging with some light refreshments from the cafe.
Will there be merchandise?
Yes! Find the merchandise stands at the entry to the experience and at the cafe within the Fantastical Floral area.
What is included in my ticket?
Child ticket: includes entry to the chosen 1-hour session for children aged 2 - 17. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket. Adult ticket: includes entry to the chosen 1-hour session for adults/parents aged 18+. All children must be accompanied by an adult and all adults must be accompanied by a child.
Can I leave my children at the experience whilst I go to the car or to the shops?
No, your children cannot be left alone as they are your responsibility at all times.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend comfortable clothing. Socks are compulsory to maintain hygiene standards.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Seating is available in the cafe only.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms, including accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities.
Is there a buggy park?/Can I take my buggy around the experience?
There will be a cloakroom space for buggies at the entrance to the experience. We ask that all buggies are left here as space in the experience is limited.
Are wheelchairs or trolleys available for rent?
No, unfortunately not.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, the experience includes strobe lighting in one area.
Can I pay with cash?
No, we only accept card payments at the experience.
Can I bring animals?
We are only able to allow guide dogs to enter. Please contact us directly at email@example.com
if you plan to bring a service animal.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, only food and drink purchased on site is permitted to be consumed on the premises.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Special family moments deserve to be captured so we do allow you to take photos/videos, however, you may only take photos/videos of your own children. Feel free to share them with the hashtag #dreamlandimaginarium. Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the space.
Is the experience suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?
The experience is wheelchair accessible, with some limitations to specific areas (e.g. ball pit).
Is there a cloakroom?
No, we recommend that you travel light.
Will car parking be available?
Yes, guests should adhere to the car parking conditions of the retail park car park.
